I bought a 3 yr plan for my new desktop in Oct 2019. In spring of 2021 the machine wouldn't startup. I took the machine in and the plan replaced the motherboard. The squad staff got it done for me. Especially since the machine was only a year and half old. The only problem is that they don't pack the machine to go home. They just hand you the machine with no warning that you need to bring your own crating. The repair fixed the problem but it also took six weeks to complete. My last computer it was quicker to send back and forth to HP. That old computer took 10 days this took six weeks.

Had an issue with the first computer we bought was a manufacturing defect they swiftly replaced our item

Man i didnt get to even Use them or my warranty but my services was great the got me right in the studio

I bought this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan for my Dell All-in-one desktop computer even though there is manufacturing warranty for one year but best buy try to offer you to buy for 2 years.

Good choice if you have a several devices. I bought it for my first time. I’ve been use for 4 devices. Is a good choice if you will use to different devices.

Had a issue with a pre built pc I bought. Geek squad people were super helpful. Offered to swap the whole unit on the spot. One of the main reasons I shop at Best Buy is to add GSP to the purchase. Always buy geek squad.

Bestbuy/geek squad sold me a computer which brand they said they could not work under, yet still offered geek squad protection. When my CPU was hit by the INTEL i9 software issue that burned out CPUs I took my PC to my local bestbuy and the local Geek squad essentially told me to pound sand. They said they can't work on PCPower builds. My question? Why sell me geek squad protection on a product they can't work on?
