    This is my first time trying this, once I purchased my computer, the first salesman did not offer it to me. Receipts need to list salesman names.

    Tried to refund a geek squad warranty, was told by corporate it would be no issue, they gave issues and tried to keep my money on a gift card for there store. Ive has 1200 lost in a gift card before with Bestbuy. It was terrible service and the red head manager was laughing the whole time. Terrible character for a manager, a person at that. I work hard for my money as we all do. For a company to take my money when it can be refunded to my debit. He as an employee went Against there policy. Just spent over 1.5k in February of 2025 to be treated like this.
