Very happy with this 3 year warranty as it was explained to me well worth the cost

I love having best buy protection to make sure ill never be without my device's

The two guys came out at mounted my TV and hooked it up and turned it on which was a real good time saver

Absolutely down right a scam. They only offer one type of insurance when buying from them and it doesn’t even cover most of what could go wrong. Very displeased with being turned away at the counter with the reason being they didn’t cover the issue under my current plan yet they didn’t check to see what was causing the issue, run a diagnostics check, or even go further then plugging it up and saying oh well it’s x issue can’t help I could charge you to try and fix it but we can not promise this will resolve the issue nor will we check to see if it did resolve the issue. Didn’t care enough to help someone resolve this issue or even make sure they knew that it wasn’t covered under their protection plan. MAKE sure you know what plan your buying. DO NOT count on them to even try helping after you walk away with your product. Please be careful with this they will take your money and not think twice

Best Buy's GSP is great to have on higher ticket items. They cover almost everything without any question(s) asked (typically). I highly recommend this protection plan.

Good choice if you have a several devices. I bought it for my first time. I’ve been use for 4 devices. Is a good choice if you will use to different devices.

They are good at their jobs. Get the protection its worth it.

I am happy to have this connected to my devices to protect all my electronics. If you should run into any problems or should an accident occur, their protection is there to get you back on track.

Having insurance is for peace of mind. Though so many times my purchase of the Geek Squad Service has been used... if you don't get it, plan to regret your decision down the line.

They help me right away easy and quick you just explain them what happened and they will get right fix the problem

Had a issue with a pre built pc I bought. Geek squad people were super helpful. Offered to swap the whole unit on the spot. One of the main reasons I shop at Best Buy is to add GSP to the purchase. Always buy geek squad.
