when you need professionals to fix your PC these people at best buy known as the geek squad are there to help plus a word of advice it is always good to get their protection plan especially if you have kids or pets that get around your computer or just when you want to make sure your game is always playing at peak performance

I always buy this with a major purchase of over a few hundred dollars. Mostly I don't have to use it, but I have had a couple of purchases that just didn't hold up and had to be sent in and repaired by Geek Squad several times.

I love my geek squad protection plans. I get them on everything I buy just because you never know what can happen, and knowing that something happens im covered is worth every dollar.

No way I'd purchase a big ticket item without Geek Squad protection. I made a big purchase for my grandson. I need peace of mind, knowing that if something happened, I can count on it being fixed, quickly and efficiently. My husband and I purchase it on most all items and have always been satisfied with the service. Peace of mind is everything!

Agents were great but if something goes wrong and you return the item after 15 days, even for a defect (my last pc processor went out just after 21 days) you lose that protection cost. So I had to get refunded, buy another protection for the new PC and no refund at all. Geek couldn't repair my 5 year old Alienware lap top is what started all of this. The people are absolutely awesome but are tied by bad policies. And every time I'm say I'm not coming back the Best Buy, it never happens, I love these guys. Used Best buy in Vegas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and back here in California. And I will be back again.

Haven't had to use it yet, and I hope I never have to! lol but I definitely am glad that Best Buy offers services like this just in case.
