Geek squad no more. This is the last time i contact the Geek squad absolutely useless. This is the second time I've taken my computer to them and they could not fix the problem.

Runs games well, easy to set up and use. 8 months of use and it stills works like a charm!

Great pc runs perfectly amazing price for what you are getting

haven't hooked computer up yet as there are a few problems with the unit. the glass side panel as a crack on it though not broken. the edges of the glass panel ( metal finishing's) have nicks in it as though someone used a metal instrument on the edges. not sure what to do as I didn't buy it from the company itself but they would have the replacement part it seems. sending whole computer back will wait till I find out it actually works. It is very heavy to lift and carry. I would buy it from the company itself next time.

runs great i have had no problems and it has really good rgb for the price and it runs really good for the price i love it i really do recommend it for anyone

Gift for granddaughter. She took it home and is very happy. She hooked it up herself and told me it was easy.

I have been very pleased with the Geek Squad coverage in the past, 2010. I hope the squad is as efficient this time around.

I absolutely LOVE my CyberPowerPC!!!!! Set up was simple and it booted up right away!! No flaws so far!!

The Pc is pretty good took 15 minutes to set up and connect everything I just wish it came with more details about it

I got the pc on some discount when i bought but the price had increased since then. Bought it openbox. Got 1TB instead of 2TB. Went to the store to get it fixed. They were not able to put 1Tb on the pc. It was either buy new or refund. No compassion. No emotions. I felt like they thought i was the one who replaced the ssds. First guy was nice tho. But others were not. The replies were very indifferent and callous. Was given an option to buy $200 additional for same pc in new condition which comes after 5-6 days. I had to buy a new ssd with my own money. I asked for a discount and got $20 discount but with an unwelcoming face. I had to buy that pc cuz i had some work that needs to be done within this week. I had to spend a lot of time there. I ABSOLUTELY HATED my time there. Personally, i would never buy from bestbuy after this.

Great PC. Fast, reliable, and looks good 5/5 would buy again! One of the RGB fan lights wired was disconnected upon arrival. Had to open a reconnect it. Pretty easy to do.

Amazing performance for games like fortnite and more

overall good experience could have used some more attention in store it was cyber Monday, so i understand.
