Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. Best Buy just lost a customer and 6-7,000 thousand dollars. Congrats. -Just reposted this review on Yelp, Google wt

Always need protection for electronics. Good service and no questions

Seems pricey at first, until you need to use it. Service and value is well worth it. A lot cheaper than having to replace.

I recommend week squad protection they take your products and help you with the problem and get them back to you in a timely fashion

For people as clumsy as we are, I am stunned we haven't had to use this yet. But it's nice to have it on standby.
