Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. Best Buy just lost a customer and 6-7,000 thousand dollars. Congrats. -Just reposted this review on Yelp, Google wt

Always get it on computers no matter what if you have the money. GSP is super important to cover any defects in the hardware.

I always purchase they extend it warranty agreement haven’t had to use this one but if do I know they will take care of it
