I hope I don’t need to use this but it’s always nice to have and puts my mind at ease

Fantastic service I've had to use before and they did a great job at figuring out my problem

Agents were great but if something goes wrong and you return the item after 15 days, even for a defect (my last pc processor went out just after 21 days) you lose that protection cost. So I had to get refunded, buy another protection for the new PC and no refund at all. Geek couldn't repair my 5 year old Alienware lap top is what started all of this. The people are absolutely awesome but are tied by bad policies. And every time I'm say I'm not coming back the Best Buy, it never happens, I love these guys. Used Best buy in Vegas, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and back here in California. And I will be back again.

Amazing compute for gaming, I can run fortnite at the highest settings with 180-240 FPS, I also tried MMORPG Black Desert and Guild Wars 2, highest settings getting the highest fps and no lag. I checked the temperature of the pc during these gaming sessions and max it ever hit was 63 degrees. This machine is a beast !! Keyboard is pretty good, mouse comes with a set of 3 DPI settings. Id recommend using the keyboard if you dont have one but invest in a Logic g502 mouse in the future.
