I bought this computer because it seemed like a great computer at a very good deal. I shopped around four months and got the best one I could afford. The computer worked well for a week and then I had to hard start it just to get it to turn on. Best Buy exchanged it with no problem to make it right. I received friendly and efficient service when I asked for an exchange. I was glad I bought the member card for 60 days that allowed me to do this. I was also able to come back 30 days later when the price was lower and they reimbursed me for the . The second computer exact model that I had to exchange the first one for, works just fine with no troubles at all. And I am extremely happy with my purchase. But mostly, I am happy with the friendly and efficient service that I received from Best Buy.

Purchased this for my mother's window's 11 tower just in case anything happened. I also have the total rewards membership which is a must.

The protection is very well needed for my equipment.

Had some issues with the computer getting too hot and the battery running out too soon. The squad were able to quickly replace both and get my laptop up and running before school started.

My past experiences with geek squad have all been above and beyond. They're always so helpful, knowledgeable and punctual when delivering your tech back to you.

Got this mainly for gaming and school and the CPU and GPU has no problem with many games I play. Some examples include Cities: Skylines and Beamng.drive. While I can play Beamng.drive, it can barely run with 90% memory use on the default memory card. You can upgrade the memory if needed but this is my opinion the best beginner PC out there for my needs.

I just got this PC as a birthday present on 1/25/22, the unboxing was easy as well as getting the pc just ready to be turned on, but I had a problem with being able to just turn the PC on, it would say there was a problem with installing windows. I didn't end up fixing it, my mom did and I don't know how other than through going to the website and looking for similar problems, but now I am writing this review on the PC and it seems to be working perfectly fine, its very quiet and it was easy to setup after the whole installing windows issue. I have tried connecting a second monitor and I had a lot of problems with that, still haven't figured out how to do it yet. Every time I tried detecting for another monitor when it was plugged in through HDMI, it would say that it couldn't detect another monitor, I don't know, it's not relevant. As of right now when I am writing this email, I am updating windows so I can finish the installation of it. The inside of it looks very nice and clean, the whole overall design is nice, I'm not some techy guy who knows a whole lot about PC's and stuff, but the air cooling system works well and same with ventilation, like I mentioned, It's very quiet when turned on, the fans and everything work perfectly. As of quality for price, I'm not aware of if it is quite yet, I probably should wait until I start gaming to write this review, but I would think getting a 2060 with an i7 for under 1500 is very good, if it was a 2060 TI for under 1500 then that's practically a steal for the quality you would get. I do highly recommend this PC for anyone who wants more of a budget PC but with good specs. I have been looking for a PC ranging from 1100-1500 for a while, I had found another that was a 3060 but had a core i5 that I wanted, but they were unfortunately sold out by the time we were ready to buy the PC. Last thing I will say is that this is a very quality and smooth PC so far, if you do come across the same installing windows problem like I did, then you should definitely go to their website and look for problems that are related to that. That should wrap up the review, I hope anyone who buys this PC has the best experience with it and no problems.

Having geek squad is like having your own computer genius in home if ever a problem bang they are there

I haven't gamed on a PC since the early 2000's and I was thinking of building my own. Since it's been so long, I decided to pick up a prebuilt so at the very least I would have a warranty and customer service when needed. This PC does everything I want it to for playing games like Rust, Cyberpunk 2077, Spider-Man, Baldur's Gate 3, which is to run smoothly with a minimum setting of high. The games are beautiful on an ultrawide and run super smooth. We'll see how she runs in a year, but overall it's a great gaming PC for a great price.

I bought refurbished pc from Best Buy and pc refurbished by joy systems I am satisfied with purchase and it works great optioned 7070 it’s running without noise and smooth operation

Fantastic computer I could say confidently that this PC met and then surpassed my expectations. It was able to run fortnite at 240 fps easily and was also able to run every other game I played I would recommend this computer to everyone and anyone I know.
