I picked my Pc up and it was all a smooth pick up process and when I opened the box everything was working well and smoothly, This pc is also very quite its amazing.

This product is amazing. Ive have been able to play warzone flawlessly in 2k at 125fps consistanly!

In this time of high priced PC parts, these prebuilt systems are very well priced given the components used. Customer service was good and so far the desktop has been great. It had some issues with the USB ports, but Customer Service was able to correct it.

The PC looks great and seems to run really well even if wifi isn't great, but I've had some big issues with certain things. Getting any headset with a mic to work, bluetooth or corded, has been a nightmare; my corded one won't even work because I can't plug it into both the headphone and the mic plug. Bluetooth is kind of bad on this too. And the setup instructions provided weren't even for my exact PC, but thankfully setup was very easy. When I thought it had come broken, I took it to Best Buy and the employee was very nice and explained how it wasn't broken. For the price I paid, I don't know if I'd necessarily recommend this PC, but I'm generally pretty satisfied with it.

I think it is great to buy a very good product with excellent features, which I would like to buy more products from your brand later, although a little confused because I had an instruction manual or the Windows activation code.
