    good pc for gaming. I only play csgo and league of legends so it works fine. But this comes with a broken keyboard

    Damaged graphics card

    The graphics card came damaged. And since i had to wait a while till christmas to finally gift it to my son, by then it had already been 30 days and you cant exchange it. I tried writing ibuypower, and nothing. Had to go buy another graphics card.

    I wish I could give a negative star. My product for repair was shipped to a local service center. The product was “repaired” and is sitting in a shelf somewhere to be shipped back. That is going to take one week. Oh, I forgot to mention the service center is local. Less than 30 miles from where u live. You can’t go and pick up the product. Just wait for one more week. And yeah, this is an important work computer.

    This computer came with and error or something. It gave me Blue Screen with Critical_Process_Died frequently. My bad for not pay a warranty. I think something is corrupted or wrong connected. I’m not recommend this custom item m. I don’t recommend BestBuy Cuatomer devices.

    So looks like bestbuy is not a good place to buy anymore. I paid for a BRAND NEW pc and they gave me a USED one with a BENT cable and they dont even wanna fix or do anything to help. GEEK Squad wants to send it out for 85$ and charges to just properly connect the cable must be another 100.

    I got the computer and it was DOA. No operating system installed. I called support and the first thing the tried to do was sell me an OS. For a product I already purchased! Then they asked me if I was sure that a computer was supposed to have an os. It took me a half hour to get in touch with someone who had an inkling of what they were talking about and arrange for me to drop it off at best buy

    Regret shopping at Best Buy

    Bought damaged. Worst customer service. Refused to exchange a mouse that has a broken usb port and the employee blamed us for the damage when the damage was apparent open taking it out of the box. I wasted $1000 at that place and I will never shop at Best Buy ever again. Also, this review field will not allow my photo to be uploaded so that people can’t see the truth.

    they sent a used computer it looked like hell when it came in all beat up. There is no way to get any connection into it the way that they set it up you cant hook in an hdmi or anything to it trying to return now looks like ill be driving to best buy tomarrow for my money back

    Wow - you pay this much for a PC. The first graphics cards fails - you wait for a new one. Then you do the work of the techs. Output is mediocre. Then MO can't keep the right time on your computer. Issue after issue after issue. That's not what I paid for right?

    Forget about this. I bought a new pc from this company, and gave me a pc with a fake operating system, they wouldn't give me the code, and messed up pc parts they picked up from scrap that makes weird noises every time I play call of duty warzone. I tried to call them but they kept directing me to other department teams. They need to hire people that will put themselves into work. Not only sit on their chair, and wait for they're paychecks. Not be disrespectful man. I give costumer service too. But the one you gave me was too messed up and not very helpful. Don't waste your money. PLEASE! If you feel you need to return your merchandise within its time period, do so right away and buy a better one!

    No Help At All

    Almost impossible to get some assistance. Online, Chat, Calling customer service... you name it. I can't seem to find anyone who can help me. My package was obviously lost or stolen in transit. Tacking number says, package was damaged in transit, then is said package was refused by receiver on 4/3 - which is a lie since package was not even delivered. I'm extremely annoyed, can someone please give me my refund and I will purchase my desktop from somewhere else. Thank you!

    Best buy Customer service?

    Careful when buying from Best Buy, I did not receive the keyboard or mouse with this order and they refused to send them to me. I would have to pack up system and ship back to get the keyboard and mouse, Customer service continually lied to me and I end up with no help at all from them. I will never shop from best buy again.

    Geek Squad Administration Team is the WORST ! . Why sign up for the One Year Membership if they dont show up ? In two months, I have had three No Show Appointments and One where they sent the wrong kind of tech. I was lied to twice by an agent on the phone as she set up an appointment, come to find out the next day, she only " asked" for an app, not got one ( and it was denied ) , and I was never told that. I have taken 4 days off now because of them to do only two jobs, and its still not done. I am no longer saving any $$ by buying this plan due to having to take so much time off of work. Wont ever purchase from Best Buy again !

    READ BEFORE YOU BUY!!

    Upon setup I found that the system had an invalid windows key. I spent the next 3 days working with Best Buy (geek squad) and cyberpower support but they had no clue. So I ended up having to pay full price for a windows key to even be able to use the system. Also the fans on the unit are so unbelievably loud it’s overwhelming. Would not buy this again

    NO...this is honestly a pretty bad build if it was my build i would lower the price down a lot because 1. the airflow is really bad 2. the fact it comes with one stick of ram blows my mind and its not good.

    Just build your own pc

    My brother got this as a birthday gift from my parents and let me tell you, 1. the case, fans, and ram are so cheap 2. it uses a stock cooler 3. horrible cable management in the back panel, it's like a rats nests 4. some components weren't even plugged in 5. the ram is in the wrong dim slot(you could even see it in the picture) Also, IT ONLY CAME WITH 8 GIGS OF RAM 6. the fans rattled 7.it is so expensive for how cheap it is Tip: Just watch youtube videos maybe get some people to help you and just build a pc, this is so poorly made and you could save lots of money if you just built your own pc

    Worst Purchase ever. PC died after 40 days- wont even turn on. A woman who cant speak englsh tells me it's only covered for 15 days so I basically need to pay for repairs or buy another one. Call the maker of the PC and they will look at it but I need to pay to send it to them and wait 30 days to hear back. My LAST purchase at best buy-there are too many places to shop online. And I would Never recommend cyber-power PC's. My shop says its a defective mother board, and Im basically screwed into paying the repair cost on a brand ne PC. Total junk at any price

    Never buy Open Box PCs. Dirty & Missing Pieces.

    Bought an Open Box version that had the condition listed as Excellent. If this is BB's idea of Excellent, then Good and Fair must be PCs rescued from a dumpster. Came loose in a box with the keyboard and mouse just banging around. The keyboard and mouse are wireless and require a USB adapter in order to work. It was missing. The mouse looks like it has been used for a couple of years. Now I need to make a trip to BB in order to return it. Never again.
