    This new cyberpower pc has been very disappointing so far. Firstly it arrived missing the mouse that was supposed to be included (keyboard only). Second the rgb lights would not turn on at all. After investigating i found that they where not connected, leaving me to open the unit and manually plug them in. Lastly one of the top usb ports did not work, again after investigating i found the cable had been connected to the motherboard so poorly that it bent two of the pins. Overall very poor quality control in the assembly process for a $1000 computer.

    My oldest son brought an older version in 2019 on sale. My middle son bought this one in Sept 2020 with his saved money and LOVES it. He said to say it is Great for ANY Game and it is AMAZING.

    Bestbuy delivered it fast and had my pc up and running in under 30 minutes. It's a pretty standard iBuyPower pc. I bought it on sale so it was definitely worth it.

    This is a great entry level gaming pc. Can handle just about any game. I do not recommend purchasing this for retail($1600) as the build costs around $1200.
