Great addition to purchase. I bought the PC for my 10-year-old son and thought this was a great value just in case he spills something on the keyboard it'll be covered for the next year.

Always a must have, especially when it comes to purchasing expensive equipment.

When I bought my cpu I only got the tower and keyboard combo. Just my luck, when I connected it all together my monitor would not display the picture. Of course by that time Best Buy had already shut down for the night. So I chatted with an agent from The Squad for any assistance they could offer. It was definitely the easiest and most satisfying call I've had. Thank You!!

Geek squad troubleshot and fixed an issue i had on my laptop with my keyboard not responding by running a software program i didnt know existed and they fixed the issue the same day. Their customer service is both professional and friendly all while maximizing efficiency to get you on your way quicker. I fully recommend purchasing Geek Squad Protection for ALL major purchases!

Purchase a like model 2 1/2 years ago. While moving computer I dropped it. I had 3 months left on my old plan. They were unable to repair so I received an upgrade as the old was was no longer available. It happened during Black Friday sale so I got a new plan with refund.

I always buy the Geek Squad protection. Can NOT say enough as to how great the folks are and how well they stand behind the products. I've had to use their protection only 3 times in the last 15 years and they have always been the best at service after the sale.

The employees at The geek squad were a professional, helpful and friendly. They resolved my problem. However I was not told that there was a fee. Because of the lack of a complete explanation at the time of purchase I canceled my geek squad account. I was not told that there would be a fee.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and worth the cost when purchasing big items! One of the items I bought stopped working. But in tandem with my Best Buy membership, and the geek squad, I was able to return the item with absolutely no issue after the normal return period. The only protection plan worth buying. I’ve never had a problem, instead I’ve only experienced great interactions. Whenever something breaks or stops working, they just get me a new product and that’s it. In addition, if they no longer have the product, they give me back the credit towards another product.

I have several computers & tv's that I bought from Best Buy, so this is a must have service. Great professional service, without having to find a trained technician, and hope for the best. Very professional, super friendly & helpful, great service!

i will always tell everyone to get the protection plan. i ended up having a problem with a gaming pc that i got and thank god i had the protection because about 2 weeks in it started to have a LOT of problems and when i ended up taking it in they spoke with me about all my options and ended up returning it for a full refund then my sales rep who helped me the first time along with his boss along with another employee until they found a replacement.

Geek squad was pretty respectful and very nice to me, help me out which got me my new computer because luckily I was able to return my old one on the last day which had a popped or blown out of capacitor. So instead of going or having to wait for my PC to be repaired I just returned it and got another one.

Love geek squad, they kept me informed and fixed our gear quickly.
