I got geek squad accidental damage protection for a gaming PC. A water spill ruined the gpu. Liars at the store told me they didn’t have to fix it because I didn’t have a plus membership; I had to read back the ADP agreement to them. They took six weeks to replace the gpu with several inconsistent excuses as to why. One of these excuses was that they were waiting on a replacement gpu from the manufacturer (cyber power pc), which was a lie (it came back to me with a second-hand HP Omen gpu). The replacement gpu runs obscenely hot. Geek squad ADP used to be the best warranty in the business. They’re dead to me now.

Just in case of an accident I have my stuff protected for 1-Year so I have my stuff protected just in case of accidents.

Grate service they offer I really recommend it. You never know when it’ll come in hand.

Worth it. Always come in clutch. Honestly with all insurance it’s always better to have JT and not need it. Break the cost down monthly. It’s really not too bad

I had this computer for a month or so now and so far it's been great. I looked around for a reliable home computer. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I actually didn't need help setting it up and I am not tech savvy I feel good with 5 kids that best buy has a warranty for about everything and I know that if it gets broken I didnt waste 600 the extra 200 for 3 yrs os well worth the piece of mind.

The Geek Squad guys are decent. It's just way less than I expected. Told my 60-day old HP would have to be sent for 4=6 weeks.

I've had them for years and as always the Geek Squad gives excellent service I always purchase their protection and repair service on electronics

When you purchase products from a store you look at who is selling you what your buying and me personally best buy has a astounded reputation for good products and customers service anything they sell and any services they offer you can count on it.

I already used geek squad to set up my keyboard, i didn't notice the tongle in the box. Lol They explained & I understood

I love this computer it works for me as it fits on my desk and doesn't cause any clutter. I can also play my games on it and it doesn't lag.

Best Buy always stands behind what they sell. Make sure you buy the protection. Everything you buy is covered.

After 2 years my 50 in insignia died within 2 days the geek squad was at my home decided it could not be fixed they refunded the purchase price and i went to best buy and purchased another tv in 2 days great

It was highly recommended by my daughter. I thought I would give it a try.

This is something really good to have because if something was to happen to my computer by accident I can have it fixed or even replaced.

Had to use this on a new computer I purchased. Arrived DOA, Geek Squad instantly diagnosed the issue and had me back on my PC very quickly!

It is valuable to be able to reach the Geek squad any time. I did not realize that most desktops do not come with webcams. This past weekend I had a video conference with a family member who is out of state. The Geek squad told me what I needed, and my family was able to enjoy the video conference as scheduled.
