Bestbuy/geek squad sold me a computer which brand they said they could not work under, yet still offered geek squad protection. When my CPU was hit by the INTEL i9 software issue that burned out CPUs I took my PC to my local bestbuy and the local Geek squad essentially told me to pound sand. They said they can't work on PCPower builds. My question? Why sell me geek squad protection on a product they can't work on?

Best warranty any store offers. I’ve purchased this for my OLED TVs, PC and all controllers! They even cover burn in for the OLED TV’s! The value is worth it!

This was a great first PC! love it so far, taking some time to get used to the settings but gaming is so smooth on here!

Geek squad is nearby and can support my Desktop and three laptops. I can no longer see well enough to repair PCs. The constant quick changes in technology are too difficult to keep up with or understand. The Geek Squad is the perfect answer.
