This three-year accident protection is a decent price for such an expensive gaming computer.

Needed for every purchase. A must have with any huge investment.

I purchased this plan at the time I purchased my desktop computer and I am glad I did. My CD-ROM started to go and I had the secondary drive replaced with no charge to me.

You cant be too careful when you have a home full if kiddos. You dont know when the next time will be when something is getting broken. It usually doesnt take too long.

I have used this plan a number of times and thankful I purchased it. Best Buy replaced everything with a problem, wouldn’t shop anywhere else

I sent in my computer for what I believed to have been a simple fix. After about a week, I was told that it was unable to be repaired (I sent a tower in to fix an issue with a USB port). I was told that I'd be given full credit at the value of my purchase. I declined originally and asked that my device be simply returned, as it should still be functioning. I was simply told no and that my only option was to take the credit, which does not sit right with me. I did not want to be forced into buying another PC, which cost me more money than my original purchase and I ended up with worse specs. The service center representatives are also horrible at callbacks; in example, a "two-hour callback time frame" lasted roughly 8 hours.

We have used the Geek Squad several times over the past few years, and it is absolutely worth the money! Everyone is always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We have recently renewed the protection plan.

Must have for the new gaming PC we just bought. Glad to know it will be protected if we should need anything!

Love having Geek Squad available when I need them. Haven't had to contact them yet for the new computer, but I know they're there.

Pretty dope service. They handle stuff pretty effeciently. Can take a long time in store, but they're human and have other stuff to do, so its cool.

You need protection these days on your computer. And the Geek Squad is always there to help me when I need them. The more protection you can get, the better.

I havent had to.use this so far but I thought it covered hook up as part of the warranty but it didnt. I had to pay an additional $214 to have my moms computer set up on top of the warranty. Geek squad did an amazing job setting it up and Im sure if she has a problem with the computer they will quickly get out there.

Got it! & we feel confident about atleast the next 3 years!
