    I get Geek Squad protection with all of my computer's. We've only needed to use it once but it is good to know you're covered if you need it.

    My son's computer broke the first month he got it and then brok again a month later. Manufacturer said the motherboard was no good and to issue store credit, not a refund. But i wasn't given a refund for the $350 insurance. They took that and told me i lost it. I dont understand how they can sell a product, have it break multiple times within 2 months and then tell me i get not insurance back. Dont buy the the insurance, its a scam.
