Geek squad protection is worth its weight in gold for electronics peace of mind

Can't say enough about the Geek department. When ever I have a problem they are willing to take the time to explain everything to me, show me how the product works, and always have an answer. One of the best Geek squads I have worked with. I do not know much about electronics but that does not matter to them, they explain it till I understand.

agents have helped me for years whenever a software glitch bugged me. Agents have helped even when I couldn't get the program, app, or software started. When internet failed they were able to walk me through it on the phone. A must have.

All the kids will love this tablet. It has everything they need. And most importantly parental control.

There's nothing really to review here. I guess it's more of advice. If you value what you bought, get the protection, even if it's just for a year like I got. If something happens, boom... it's covered. I have kids, so not getting the protection is asking for trouble.

They have always been fair and respectible. I will always go to them and purchase this on all my items.

Never leave Best Buy without it. The warranties are a must have for your purchases. It will give you a peace of mind with your products for returns and or replacements. For the most part. I have never seen Best Buy fail the honor system for their warranties.

Always a must with products. Accidents do happen and BestBuy replaces quickly with no questions.

The plan is good but it only replaces the tablet 1 time within 2 yrs. If it breaks the first time they will replace with a new tablet but you will have to buy another Protection Warranty. Only a 1 time free replacement
