I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for a device that I purchased for my son. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a each of mind just incase anything goes wrong with the chromebook.

I had another table with protection on it and the usb charging port burned out and geek squad took care of it.. no Hassel at all that's why i always use BestBuy protection they are the best at what they do.

We will always get this protection on any laptop. We have had to use it several times over the years and the process has been easy each time.

Thankfully havent had to use this service recently but when i did it was easy

I wouldn't buy any electronic without having the piece of mind of a service protection. Best Buy flat out gets it right with the service plan they offer. It is no hassle and requires no drama. Have a problem, then just bring it back and get it replaced case closed.

Geek Squad has been very professional on all the installments and deliveries they have done for us. Helpful answering questions and need to know information. They have been thoughtful and considerate.

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. When my sister's tablet broke, Geek Squad took it in and fixed it and returned it to me as new.

I got the Geek Squad protection for my tablet, because I take it to school every day and wanted a peace of mine, in case anything were to spill on it. Or if I were to drop it, I know it is covered.

I like knowing that if anything happens they try to fox it and if they cannot I get store credit for the full value. You do not have to take a refurbished older model, you can choose to upgrade if something does go wrong.

This is a gift item. My niece always hurts technology. iPhone broken, camera broken, DVD player broken. At least I have piece of mind and do not have to keep papwork. Bestbuy tracks my protection for me.

1st moblie device i have ever owned , I know who is this guy ?? So want sure if I could get used to it and thought well lets do a 1 yr policy and see how it goes ?
