Protection plan gives me the security for any unavoidable damage or lost of the item

for me it is important to have it, electronic equipment has no word of honor and this is peace of mind.

Accident protection plan with Geek Squad is absolutely hassle free. Initially, it seems like an added cost while purchasing a plan but in case of damage they have replaced the item with a same new product. Its worth the spend.

Worth it. The give you a brand new replacement! Definitely needed that.

I've had Geek Squad Total Tech Support for close to 2 1/2 years. The technicians are always helpful and almost always resolve my issues on the first call. I have found it to be a great value.

I've called the Geek Squad twice. First time, they scanned my computer and checked for viruses. Make my computer run faster. Second time, I had a printing problem, which they fixed over the phone.

Haven't had to use it yet for my new Tablet, but you never know when you'll need it. By purchasing this protection plan, it will give you the leace of mind you need.

This plan is very good and therefore I will recommend it to family members. I loved it and I will keep on using it.

Having this backed up with my device, made me feel safe. If i had problems, i could take them back and get a replacement within moments. always get a warranty. you never know.

I purchased the protection plan for my new tablet. I hope I will never need it but I like having the assurance that if I do, it was available for 2 years at a reasonable price.

I feel good knowing that I have this 2 yr. protection plan for my Samsung Galaxy Tab in the event of unforeseen problems with the operating system or any other issues that may occur.

We purchased the warranty to cover an out-of-box DSL camera, because we were concerned that the standard (90 day?) warranty might not be long enough for any problems to show up. Glad we did...the camera started acting up at the 6-month mark. I would rate 5 stars but I feel the warranty price per year is too expensive, and there should be a (reduced-rate) 3-year or 5-year option.

Was skeptical at first about to get in the geek squad service. With the way our four-year-old daughter is with her other devices I knew that it would be a wise decision.
