Geek squad protection has saved me many times. Great if you use your device all the time.

The protection is good to protect you from losing devices accidentally. It is good to have the insurance to the device incase of breakages

It's never a bad idea to get a protection plan on an electronic even if its brand new!!! Never know if a factory defect is going to occur. Best Buy did me great service on a return for another item after owning it for a while too.

Got protection plan and forgot about it so I called to check and my plan was good for any spills, falls cracks all of the things kids might do. They were covered. I would tell everyone to get the protection plan very a affordable plan.

Love this tablet the size the price. There are so many features for such a low price. If you are looking to buy a tablet for you little one look no farther.

I bought this tablet for my father to learn how to use the internet better I bought the protection plan so if he did any wrongdoings to the tablet at least The geek squad could be able to fix it for him

Bought this because of the price and features. It's not bad but, I feel like the newer generation tablets in this line would give me more of what I truly need from a tablet.

I have not yet needed to use my Geek Squad protection on this product. I am giving them an excellent rating because I always purchase the protection on my larger end electronics and have used them on occasion. They always provide prompt and professional service. Thank you Geek Squad!

Excellent Service. Definitely It worths the value of the product to cover accidents.

The accidental protection plans are okay. The problem I had was that one location I went to the tech keep referring to my keyboard on my laptop as a software issue when it turned out it was physically damaged.

I am sooo glad I purchased the warranty because I needed to return my kids tablets and the process was literally seamless. I told them the issues, they looked up my warranty and swapped my tablet for a new one that instant and I was on my way back home. The whole process took maybe 10 min max

I wanted to purchase the warranty just in case. I really doubt that I will ever have to use it.

We always purchase protection even though you never want to have to use it. Unfortunately we have needed the warranty in the past for a number of products and Best Buy has been easy to work with in getting issues resolved. Nice to have if/when something happens. Piece of mind.

Saved me from having to buy another Kindle fire. 120 bucks turned into just a $40 buy at the beginning. Thankful that I purchased this at the beginning.

The insurance is good but it’s pricey but it’s worth it because in case if I accidentally damage it or drop it I can drop it at Best Buy and I’ll drop it off and pick it up when it’s ready

I highly recommend getting the geek squad protection on all your purchased that it is available for. I have never seen a warranty service as good as this. When they say if they cant fix it they will replace it they mean it
