Bitlocker issue

Protection plan

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this special coverage w/ the intentions of covering the childs tablet if it was accidently dropped or stepped on or what ever a 3 yr. old could do. Before I bought the service I was specific about my questions and so it did get a cracked screen, and when I brought the tablet back I was given a gift cert. for the cost of 59.99 I was not offered a replacement tablet because it was not on sale at that time. I was told that it may go on sale and then I can purchase one at that time. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
