I will be better able to review this protection if I have to use it. It’s good insurance to have for peace of mind since It covers my first portable tablet.

I have not used the plan but the plan cost half what I payed for the tablet and I feel like that is too much.

I found this item to run slow and freezes, thought an upgrade would make a difference but it didn't

Its just a 2 year protection that I will probably never use so no big deal here.

The tablet came back with a glitch that it didn't have before we took it in for service.

I find it necessary when buying for my young son. But it seems the price for coverage didn't diminish but it did go from 3 years down to 2 years maximum.

Hopefully I will not have to use this but I do I hope I do not have any problems with bestbuy!

When I came in to return the tablet I brought for my daughter , the young lady at the register took the tablet to the back to see if GEEK SQUAD could handle the issue. ( unlocking the tablet , my daughter forgot the password & I was returning the item). When the young lady returned from the back she stated “ THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANT FIX IT “ as a customer I’m only going to assume they could but they didn’t . When I heard that statement . This was the first time I actually paid for GEEK SQUAD services . Don’t think I will any more .

I have a tablet screen that needed to be repaired under the plan. I used the mail-in repair service that was included with the plan. First time I ordered the box to ship the item, it never came and customer service claims I never ordered the box. Second time I ordered the box, it finally came and the item was sent in for repair. I was supposed to get text updates, but never got one. I contacted BestBuy since it seemed to be taking awhile and was told the item was shipped back awhile ago repaired. Come to find out, they sent it to the address I was at when I bought the item instead of the updated address they sent the repair box to. Every time I contact BestBuy now, they give me someone new to talk to. I have spent over 30 hours trying to resolve this with BestBuy since I made my first call.

I have not utilized the Geek Squad yet so I don't know what they do. Thanks for the points!

I used to shop at best buy all the time and get the extended warranty, I stopped doing that when they would "fix" the products, aside from doing a poor job, they would not do exchanges, that changed a couple years ago, and now they are back to "fixing" and still doing a terrible job of it. You can't get ahold of them, and there no updates, so don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else and buy it.

I did not need this but it was good to have as a back up. I just wish this was for more than 1 year.

Havent had to use geek squad so far for this product. So i guess that is a good idea.

I wasnt able to download different things. Didnt know how to get favorites. Unable to increase size of letters. All 3 times successful. Pleased.

Glad and sad I bought. Glad I have it so I can get my tablet fixed if needed. Sad I bought it because it looks like I don't need to use it...lol

I need this in case of a emergency. I like knowing I am protected.

Even though my grandson is careful.when.using his tablet. I decided to get the coverage

l have had no reason to use this purchase as l have had no problem with item it was purchased for.
