    2 weeks for simple repair

    Not told before buying that repairs are 3 weeks minimum (per Geek tech) & unit is shipped out for repairs. I cannot recommend this at this point.

    Stupid me. I NEVER get Geek services and when I looked back, I saw that the sales person added 1 year service for 79 bucks. Shame on me. That was slipped in and I didn't realize it and just paid my credit card bill. Now that I am reviewing my purchases I see this mess. BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK EVERYTHING to make sure you aren't getting taken...

    We bought it and oh boy right after it expired the laptop broke and guess what it’s going to be very expensive to fix! Big surprise! Save your money so you have it when it breaks 18 months later!!

The goal is to provide support for the device while under the Terms of the plan, and hearing your laptop broke after the plan expired is never ideal. We do suggest our customers consider the longest option possible for the Geek Squad Protection, so we can cover the cost of most repairs for as long as possible. Our Blue Shirts will be happy to cover this with you when making purchases with us in the future.

    I was told that I would be able to get a replacement if my item gets damaged which includes water damage. I came to get it fixed or replaced but they are only offering me store credit for what I paid for not including taxes or at least a partial credit for the remaining time on my plan which will not transfer over .

    Tablet is broke,they mail it out 4-6 weeks to have a screen replaced glad I don't use it for work I brought back home cause I don't have appointment to drop it off

    There are lot of exceptions for plan and that is very annoying. My laptop keeps on crashing and hanging up even while working on the microsoft word or excel

    You have to make an appointment for them at a latter time or date for them to look at your product that's defective. Could be because of Covid. I wouldn't know they said nothing about it. Not worth the money.

    Useless, the geek squad techs looked like ducks looking at a wooden deck, and had no IDEA how to help. I'd waste my money on Chinese food made by Mexicans before GS

    I couldn't get through to anyone for help. The store guys told me one thing and the tech said something different. Not very knowledgeable on the surface pro.

    Sucks. My pc charger broke, and I went to BB to get a replacement, guess what they told me I was late by one day. So they were not going to replace my pc charger. One day late. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY
