I like knowing my moms tablet is covered if anything goes wrong.

I got the 2 year warranty and it is awesome. It is child proofing at its finest.

I'm really happy with my purchase.. When my daughter broke her tablet I just took it back to best buy a yr and & know questions asked & it was replaced. I'll never buy anything without the geek squad warranty.

I wouldn't buy any electronic without having the piece of mind of a service protection. Best Buy flat out gets it right with the service plan they offer. It is no hassle and requires no drama. Have a problem, then just bring it back and get it replaced case closed.

These guys have great service and support to address any issues.

I love the fact that I can go to any Best Buy & get store credit to replace the item right there. I don't have to mail it in & wait for repairs or try to find some non-existant service center.

Knowing that Geek Squad is available whenever I need them is a great idea. So far, I have no problems with any of my electronics I have purchased through Best Buy. If I do, then I will contact Geek Squad.

It is an excellent service, the people that work there are very nice and help me quickly to resolve the problem.

This is definitely worth the money, if you are buying for someone under 18. Probably worth it anyway.

I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for a device that I purchased for my son. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a each of mind just incase anything goes wrong with the chromebook.

I had another table with protection on it and the usb charging port burned out and geek squad took care of it.. no Hassel at all that's why i always use BestBuy protection they are the best at what they do.

This is a gift item. My niece always hurts technology. iPhone broken, camera broken, DVD player broken. At least I have piece of mind and do not have to keep papwork. Bestbuy tracks my protection for me.

Geek Squad has been very professional on all the installments and deliveries they have done for us. Helpful answering questions and need to know information. They have been thoughtful and considerate.

My local store geeks are always helpful and polite. I sometime wonder if my questions are elementary for them but I have never been treated in a condescending manner. Since I was purchasing technology that was new to me, I'm happy that I added this service to my purchase.

Best thing since you're the immunization shots, just get the protections you will be happy, its easy break it brings it in give it to the Geeks and they will fix it or replace it!

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Not a fan of that at all but such is life....
