I always buy protection plans on everything. I don't always use them, however, the money I've put into them is nowhere near the replacement values I have received.

If your product breaks you can get it fixed, if they can't fix it they replace it, and if it's outdated they will give you the equivalent or a store credit.

You never know what might happen and when you will need insurance to repair or replace something. It definitely comes in handy.
