Bought a “like new asus rog ally” came broken and when I went to try and get a replacement they tried to make me pay another 150 bucks for a new one and it’s gonna take them up to 3 business days to refund me. Probably never shopping here again.

I think it’s ridiculous that Best Buy wouldn’t be up front about the fact that when you’re PRE ORDERING something not only will it not arrive on the release day, they have no idea WHEN it will arrive. The item is backordered. I had to spend an hour trying to chat with a human being to figure that out. If your device doesn’t ship today, good luck. They don’t even know when they’re getting more.

They weren’t able to find the issue to my laptop. Told me to contact the manufacturer instead.

They really don't know what they are doing. Service is pricey and you have to beg for help. Actually all stores in Florida have terrible customer service. It's like they are doing a favor to you if you want to buy from the, obviously geek squad is just the same

Got an excellent open box item. It wasn't and the charger was missing.

I preordered my item awhile ago I was completely lied to about when I would receive it I talked to someone a couple days before release even and not a word about being late or anything now it’s like they don’t have a clue seems like I’m not the only one it happened to Best Buy should do something to make this better

Like many I preordered, only to find out they did not have mine available and I would receive it a week later. I normally don’t mind waiting for a product to be shipped, but bestbuy blatantly lied to customers. Preorders meant nothing other than we’ll gladly take your money and ship the product at a later date.

I preordered it 2 pick up this Wednesday 8th my location now 11st 3 days delayed I waited over a week now I have 2 wait. 3 days Saturday I am upset why you delayed my item no reason whatsoever this is outraging disrespect full I would love give 5 stars now I am giving 1 because my delays 3 days no reason.

Guys and gals.... Just order elsewhere. This is insane. Somebody in their home office doesn't give a - - - - about us, just our money. Unfortunately we have to wait, but let's show them by just purchasing elsewhere. The big M C still has tons in stock. Tons. I'd buy there if BB would refund me. This is garbage

I would normally be reviewing the product. but for some reason Best Buy has decided to screw over most of the folks who PREORDERED the LegionGo. so instead of reviewing it here as I would have. I can only give my non existent hardware a 0 star rating. Never again will i preorder tech from best buy. very upset

Pre ordered it the second I learned about it, and I am still not getting it until 3 days after release day. People who ordered it the day before are getting it on release. Absolute garbage planning and organizing. Will change my review if something changes.

Pre ordered a items on 26th, Said will ship on the 31st. I called customer services on that day he said we get ya items from the warehouse is will ship the end of the day. Now, it said ya items is delaying for 2 weeks. This said alot about the company

You should change your name to best lies. I both this the first day it came out because the lady at Best Lies told me i would have it today. Guess what. They backorder me without even telling me. Thanks Best Lies.. NEVER AGAIN. .....

Preordered asus rog x, app still says its areiving today at 630pm when it hasnt even shipped yet...why do we pre order things?

I bought it under excellent condition but it's not! Has a scratch and it looks a bit dirty.

Why preorder when it's not here when they say it will be delivered. Waste of time. Their not sure when you will get it.

Guess I'll be watching unboxing videos all day of he people actually getting there products. Not sure what the point of pre-ordering was. Won't be pre-ordering from BB again for sure

Sheeeeesh no release date arrival??? That’s crazy but they’re so quick to take your money as soon as you preorder. Best Buy is CRAZY for that lol.
