Bought this cause I thought it would be great without having to plug it in, but I found that the battery dies really fast and it didn’t pick up the way I wanted to I would not recommend this one so I brought it back with no problems. Best Buy took it back and said they’re sorry that didn’t work out

Have not needed to call Geek Sqad but piece of mind is nice knowing if I have problems, they will fix it.
