I’ve used it a couple of times in the past with no hassle. Great plan and “peace of mind” when you stumble upon a broken or device issues.

When I went back to the store I was told I would have to complete a return instead of exchanging or fixing the camera purchased even tho I had the geek squad warranty. Recommend not purchasing an open box item.

They already had to replace my cam once. No questions asked. And that was just a year protection now it's 2 years for the se price.

They are just want I needed. They have mounted television(s) and taken them down. They are quick, fast and they clean up behind themselves.
