I use geek squad protection for pretty much all of my products. Its a no brainer. But the only issue i have is depending on when or the day you call, the people that handle the calls (majority of the time) sound like they are in another country or something, because either they will hang up in your face or put you on hold until you hang up. Its quite frustrating especially if you need help right away.
