Bought the warranty for my GoPro. The camera had some problems recording, and the battery was not holding enough. Geek Squad replaced my camera, no questions asked. Peace of mind

The Geek Squad protection plan is great. My last Go Pro had a battery that was bulging out to where the door wouldn't even close. Brought it in to my nearest Best Buy, and the replaced it quicker than a snap of the fingers. Very smooth and easy process!

We've gotten our use from the Geek Squad. We use our electronics every day with the work we do and anytime we have issues, they've made it easy to get things repaired or traded out fast.

Worth the buy! If you damage your item, this will come in handy. Especially if you are financing something with it. I recommend the extended plans, such as the 3 year. Your only gonna pay a couple more dollars a month if your gonna finance your item.

Explained it through with warranty and when I can use whenever something is wrong with my equipment. Relieved to know that I can have my equipment replace with no hassle if it s broken or anything.

I haven't used Geek Squad Protection yet for the device I got the review for but I have used it in the past. It has been great every time. I always get it for our devices.

It is necessary to have insurance that covers damage to this camera. I recommend it.

Couldn’t get my Mevo camera without also purchasing Bestbuy’s warranty protection. A must have have for your valuable equipment..

My gopro hero 4 was having trouble charging so I brought it in to the store and they gave me a full refund of what I paid without the hassle. I got more money than the price for the 5 model and extra money to buy accesories. Love that!!!!
