    The geek squad doesn't no what they are doing because if they did the geek squad certified earbuds that I got from them was supposed to be fixed and good as new. They are not good as new purchased on. May the second got them on May the fourth Not working on ten three twenty twenty five

    The protection program is great and all but I don't think its needed if you don't do many extreme things with the item your purchasing.
