Their shipping don’t always work if you go in store for a replacement they ask for your old controller back so you can’t keep it terrible service on their part also if you want you’re PS5 fixed they could take a week or 2 to fix it and they might lose it in the mail

The Geek Squad and I don't usually get along well but hopefully there will be no problems since I should be able to get a replacement when I want to.

Not a great device to recommend. Most third party games on the cloud are mostly playable to being unplayable

They where able to hook up my tv and DVD player but didn't really explain how to use.

LCD broke on Samsung. 9month old phone. They wanted to replace phone with refurbished phone. All I wante wS phone to be fixed... not exchanged.

Easily one of the greatest investments I made used warrant on ps portal after joy stick broke. Sending a brand new unit to house no questions asked.

2400 sq ft home, ps5 connected to modem/router, I’m at the other end of the house, ps portal works flawlessly, i give it a 5 star, also the controller are perfect and the system isn’t heavy at all.

Son had a Nintendo DS2 for all of 3 weeks after Christmas before its screen was broken. Returned to store, not something they could fix, replaced product. Had similar experience with a flat screen tv. Bought 5 year protection plan. 4 years in tv had line across bottom of the screen. service came out to review, parts not available for fix, replacement of tv.

I feel very relieved to know I can drop my brand new shiny 3DS down a flight of stairs, take it into Best Buy, and they will either fix it, give me a new one, or give me credit for it. If nothing else, it takes a weight off your shoulders. Just make sure to read the fine print and talk to an employee so you know exactly what it will cover.
