Had to renew my product plan glad they sent me several email reminders but when I went to the store to renew I couldn't use my Best Buy card geek squad place would only accept debit or credit card but not a Best Buy card they need to update would be beneficial

I was very hyped and waited a while for this. It feels good in the hand screen is mediocre. OLED is better than LCD so they should’ve went OLED and it should’ve been 1440 P up to 120 verse 1080 at 60 it does not feel fluid does not feel like 60 FPS, the sticks feel cheap and feels like there’s a delay between what you’re doing and what’s happening on screen call of duty and any shooter is not playable due to this. Even story driven games do not feel good enough on the screen it is comfortable in the hand to hold for many hours of game time, but does not feel like something that is easy on the eyes and can justify the $200 for this I say wait for a sell do not waste your money right now it feels like a very cheap tablet was slap together. What a split PlayStation 5 controller. I cannot recommend this to anybody if you don’t mind very choppy, gameplay and mediocre graphics due to only 1080 P then hats off to you for me. It’s unacceptable. I will return and most likely get the new steam deck OLED

Best protection money can buy. If you have kids this is a must have.

I was upset that this did not come with the new 3ds Xl

The protection is good to have but honestly, I haven't used it and it was extremely over priced. I feel like I need it when they ask, just in case, but like I said, I haven't used it and it costs a lot.
