I was only able to use this service briefly in person because in store help for my new iPad and new Mac was discontinued and with hearing issues it is difficult to get help over the phone.

You can not beat this service for the price. Very reasonably priced and excellent service.

I don't often buy an extra warranty. With Best Buy I usually do, as it's one warranty I have learned is worth it and can be trusted.

We don't usually purchase protection but this was affordable and a good idea since the DVD Player was out on the road a lot.
