I purchased the extended warranty for my daughter as a gift. She has had no complaints and very pleased with the quality of the photos.

I've been a big fan of Best Buy warranty and service plans for quite some time as they have always stood behind their products, long before the implementation of the Geek Squad.

I have rarely needed to use the geek squad service, but the times I've needed them have always been excellent ... that's why I always prefer to buy the protections they offer!

When buying products that are this expensive, protection is always a good idea. Especially with camera equipment. Overall a great experience with Best Buy accidental coverage so far.

This was on sale and couldn't miss purchasing it. I use more than my other two lens, it is the cheapest of the three but still packs a punch. This wide angle lens is great for beginners.

My previos camera from best buy had the 3 year protection on lenses and camera. I Had trouble with both camera and lens' and Geek squad worked with mw to get it resolved.

What squad?Geek squad! I always buy some kind of warranty and/or protection plan when one or both is available.

It must have been that Arizona desert dust storm but my expensive lens stopped working. So glad I got the protection plan because they simply replaced my lens !!! Thanks Best Buy !!!
