The geek squad installed the system but it did take a little longer than expected

I haven't needed it, but things can go wrong. I needed the extra warranty on my other car stereo. I'm glad I had it then.

I bought Geek Squad with our car radio. I had a problem with our mic for bluetooth and Geek Squad was more than helpful in fixing it. They were friendly and respectful. Making an appt. was easy and I got in quickly.

Keeping a computer running is a painful necessity. But with the Geek Squad protection it isn't. Not only can they find problems the ordinary virus software misses, but it makes you want to take it in for a check, if nothing but to get your money's worth for buying.

they swapped it all out fast and easy. didnt take long and they covered all costs

Geek Squad is a really good protection plan to have. They make sure you are covered in the case of any damage or electrical issues, among many other problems.

I was pleased with the added protection available for the new audio system purchased for my grandson as a Christmas gift. It provides him added security in knowing that if he has problems he is protected by this coverage. While I am sure he won't abuse the product, it gives us a greater sense of security knowing that his system is protected for an extended period of time.
