Haven’t had to use it yet. Knowing I have the Geek Squad protection eases my mind as a senior citizen that they are there if needed

I have never paid for a extended warranty in my life I always thought they were worthless as the life of the product should last longer than what the warranty is offering. But I’m so glad I did. I had bought my dad a TV for Christmas and two years later some thing went out in it. I called the geek squad and they came out within a day and took a look at it. Unfortunately, my dad’s TV had been Discontinued. The part that they needed was unavailable. So they let my dad pick out a brand new TV comparable to the one that he had. Within a couple days they were back at the house installing and setting up the TV. I will always get an extended warranty on some things so expensive.

They were booked out a month, but with things being the way they are these days, I understand. I needed their help to finish setting up our TV. I was so glad we bought the coverage! The way electronics are built these days, I always opt in for the insurance. The tech was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable! I only wish they had more knowledgeable customer/phone support. My issue probably could have been solved over the phone.

Great service, my TV had issues with the network card and picture display. The representative helped me to resolve the issue immediately. Now recommend geek squad to everyone.

While warranties themselves are a total cash grab by every company ever, when buying a brand new TV thats $1000+, you'll thank yourself for getting this warranty. I got a 5 year warranty on my 65 LG CX. It covers burn in and will replace the device if anything goes wrong until 2025. Even if nothing goes wrong, that piece of mind is worth it for a $2000 television. No other warranty on the market covers burn in for OLED tvs. And I wouldnt buy a single year play let alone a 5 year plan from anywhere else.

I had to use Gerk squads protection. They made it very easy to replace the AC.

I haven’t needed to use the geek squad on this purchase yet. But the geek squad rocks they respond quickly and take care of your problems.

I have always purchased the Geek Squad protection, and Best Buy has promptly honored the service on my computers and TVs.

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

I had a 4.75 year old TV that died, it was not repairable but had a5 year service plan... Contacted BB Geek Squad, once determined status they put me in touch with a different team, in about 15 minutes they settled for the total cost of the broken TV (less service plan cost). I used that money too heavily discount the replacement TV. Very happy with the whole experience.

Excellent combo with the TV, pictures are so vivid!!! Makes the game come alive!! Didn't even have to adjust pic or sound!! Amazing quality!! I recommend it to any gamer!! And geek squad keeps it safe too!!

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

For the price of $20 which is $10 a year. It’s well worth having a warranty

In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.
