I haven't had to use it for this product, but the Geek Squad has never let me down in the past.

It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.

Worth the extra money was able to get my broken tv replaced

I would always recommend this, especially on small appliances and television as if you need it they are courteous and prompting getting you satisfaction and it always helps to be able to get things taken care of right away

I purchased the monitor and it was broken as to wear you couldn’t see it until the monitor was turned on. I didn’t really need my warranty because it was a new purchase however I did my return and replacement through Geek squad and they were polite and helpful

Let’s hope the tv either lasts longer or breaks within g the 5 year window, this warranty purchase will determine if I ever purchase one again. 10/10….

Had to use my warrant within 1 days on my tv... Nothing dude to the TV itself. I bought an open box 75 and it had hot spots. The TV was swapped out with a brand new 1 although I bought open box for hundreds left.

If you purchase something with relatively high value, protect it with Geek Squad!

TV developed fine horizontal lines couple months ago, picture sometimes delayed coming up on my 50” TV. Called Geek Squad and the next day servicemen were here, parts ordered and they were back a week later. Upon their inspection they called for the TV to be replace, they delivered the replacement & took away the damaged one. The only cost to us was a new protection plan (5yr) and being patient a couple weeks

Great price and excellent picture. The 4k channels are amazing. I purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price. I’ve used these warranties from Best Buy in the past and TV was replaced.

This is the first of the Qled tv's that i purchased, i love it! What a picture! i would take a picture for the review. but you can't see this quality with just a picture. Buy one you will love it too! I am getting ready to but a 85" Neo Qled. Guessing i won't be disappointed

The agents are always available they are always very knowledgeable and helpful and if they can't help over the phone they get you in immediately to solve your problems if I could give them a higher rating I would definitely worth the extra money

Geek Squad provided great service with my replacement tv but it would not accept my 55" tv at the store. We went through the whole process of replacing my tv when someone from Geek Squad said I would have to take my tv home and have a Geek Squad member evaluate the tv at my house. I actually completed the tv replacement over the phone with no visit needed and received my replacement tv within days.
