In the past, the Geek Squad Protection from Best Buy was quick, friendly and satisfactory. This makes everything about buying the new TV worry-free.

Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

We have very destructive cats in the house, so it's probably a good investment to have a coverage.

Geek Squad makes it easy as they come to your house to repair or replace any issues not caused by accidental damage. They also offer installation to simplify the process and that's also a great value. I have not needed to used them for my TV's but I always buy it for the peace of mind.

Overall a great TV with a high quality image. Removed 1 star for a slightly awkward home screen and a remote that doesn't include a microphone to search for things via voice command.
