Great to have in case of unexpected tech problems.

If you dont know what to do then hire the geek squad.

The title reads, “Big Surprise, I’ll make you regret ever buying a brand you trust!” So i wanted to by another Toshiba Regza to replace the one I bought back in 2006. I have to say I love that TV and it still works perfectly! The picture is absolutely clear and the TV has not one issue. So my thought was get a newer one and I’ll have a newer one to entertain me for another 15 years. Where did I go wrong? I did buy it open box, and It was great until.. I happened to be watching Amazon Prime TV, and the screen went black. I thought i turned it off, but the audio was still on. So I actually had to turn the tv off and when it came back on I had to navigate back to Amazon and resume playback. This is ok if happening only once, but the tv now will cut the screen to black at the most nefarious of times! Such moments at random and frequent intervals eventually made me nutz!!! So after a week of such sadistic pleasure, I decided it is time to call Amazon. they told me to call best buy, I’m doing that now. to be continued….

Depends on the product since this is the first time buying the protection

Great services but doesnt cover accidental damages for wat we are paying its a gamble

so far so good. Hasnt been a year yet, but seems to be doing ok in all my computers

i have not had to use the service contract, but it is nice to know i have one.

I bought a open box-good tv woth the 5year geek squad plan. Tv never worked, geek squad tried fixing but because i bought an open box they only spend as much as you spent on the tv to fix so they couldnt fix it and just gave me my money back. Took 3 days off of work for the repairs and shouldve just retuened it to begin with.

If you have any issues. Their willing to help you out and fix your product.

Expensive and haven't used it yet but I have only had the tv a few months

This tv lags really bad. After resetting multiple times it still lags. Also, randomly shuts down all the time..I literally sljust logged in to make a claim on it. The only good thingI would say is the picture of it.

Just knowing the TV is covered gives some piece of mind.

This was purchased to cover a 50 inch TV. It was a little pricey, but worth the coverage.

Just purchased the plan, not planning on using it LOL!

the geek squad is a great protection plan to have.
