So Far I have not needed to use this as the TV is working fine. I have only had it for about a month.

I purchased this only because my GeeK Squad tech support would not cover the TV and I have the regular tech support for electronics and I have yet to have a problem as I have had to take my computer in 3 times and has been fixed. I figured this protection plan will be a good idea should something happen in the next 5 years.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it gives me piece of mind just in case something happens to my television set after the manufacturer warranty expires. The nice thing about Best Buy protection plans is that Best Buy will come to your house to fix.

Getting started wasn't so bad. There were many downloads but I was able to get through a few of them. Still not finished with these setups just yet. I hope I don't need the Geek Squad, but if I do...

Well, I've never really had to use geek squad and that means the quality of the products purchased are a success.

I have used the protection plan before and got a new TV when it couldn't be repaired, and we have a lot of lightning storms where I live now. Got a good price on TV but I want to be safe and not sorry.

Bought five year for our expensive oled tv that was purchased on holiday sale. Used it to have techs virtually help me with some picture setting issues. Used some of the TV savings to get five year so don’t have to worry if need support.

Any time that I go to buy on Best Buy is one of the main reasons that make go there and buy the products, because if any time I had any problem with any of the items that I bought there, the service was just incredible!. Even in some case the change my camera for a new one!.

Still haven’t had a chance to use it for my recent purchase but geek squad is always reliable and useful in a time of troubleshooting your home electronics

Best Buy's customer service has always been tops when I've ever had issues with any products purchased with the available extra warranties, plus the manufacturers warranty. It's Best to Buy the extra protection, from Best Buy!!

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

Best buy warranty are cost effective and straight forward. When purchasing an OLED tv, the warranty cover screen burn, which I consider essential coverage for an OLED tv
