I am so glad that I bought the Geek Squad 5 year protection plan! I've had a few issues with the device and the Geek Squad has always stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park.

My television died and this warranty bought the newer version of my latest television. You must get the warranty from BB with their products!

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my MacBook Air and making sure everything was running smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite, and I felt confident my device was in good hands. The only downside was the wait time for my appointment, but once they arrived, the service was excellent. Overall, a reliable option if you want professional tech support

a must have when you purchase a TV, this alone saved me thousands in the repolacement process. My TV started to have pixels go bad (white lines accorss the television) in the top right corner. I was able to have geek swuad take a look and they said its no good and issue me a credit for the TV through the insurance. Withour it i would have paid 3k plus tax, with this insurance i paid a third a got the new insurance...

I purchased the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for the Pioneer - 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV that I bought as a gift for my son's birthday.

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!
