I buy a warranty for almost every household item I buy if I don’t use it that’s money lost but I’ve had to warranty stuff before

The color on my TV started to fail so I called. Long story short they replaced the set right away.

I have always heard good things about the geek squad. So when I purchased a tv. I made sure to include them with my order.. havent had to use them(thank god) however its peace of mind know i can if need be!

I had a warranty with them on my old tv and when it suddenly stopped working they replaced it with a more expensive better tv

Tv failed after 4 years and the 5 year geek squad warranty refunded the full amount which helped me get a C3

Geek Squad initial service call was set up for us while we were in the store - two techs came out - I had already set up and configured the video and audio on my TV and soundbar, so they did not have much to do, other than check over all the settings - so far, service has been good

Great value for extended warranty haven’t needed for this tv. But I have had great experiences with the Geek squad on other items

I am so glad I add the warranty, to know my tv is covered gives me an added bonus to my new purchase.

Our Tv wouldn’t power on. We had only had it less than 2 years. Geek Squad came out & had to order a part. Waited a week for them to come out to fix the part, but it didn’t work. Got a new TV a few days later! Took about 2 weeks but it was fully covered.

Love this tv. It was perfect for my daughters bed room. She loves it. The picture is great. Definitely a great Buy
