I purchased this protection and did not get any benefit from it. My phone was damaged and I still had to pay a deductible in addition to the monthly rate. Not worth it

Decided to exchange for 3 year for expensive OLED TV so have extra peace of mind and more time if needed.

I usually purchase warranties when making electronic purchases. I purchased this as a gift and only wanted a 2 year warranty but was told I had to get the 5. Felt bullied

Never had to use it so feel like it is a waste of my money...until the one time that you need it. Better safe than sorry! Hard to transport these large TVs to get them serviced.

I haven't had to use Geek Squad for the item I purchased, but it is reassuring to know they are available if I need them.

I purchased this product to protect the TV that I purchased. If anything goes wrong I hope this will cover it.

They got my order wrong then delivered the wrong tv my serial number on my tv was coming up as 50 inch when it was clearly a 65 inch . So i had 2 call and reoreder

You have to wait hours on the phone to a call center with people that don't speak good English. Can't call any store directly. so when your stuff breaks plan to not have it for a long while!

Very underwhelmed by the quality of this service. It was fine I guess but nothing to write home about.

Problems with the TV since I got it. Tried to return it to manufacturer within 30 days wouldn't do it, now I find it's defective, badhdmi today I've spent over 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Would not buy Roku or use best buy ever again. It's defective, so theres should no problem. Kept being transferred to different agents why did nothing for me.

Came in handy....took over a month for geek squad to resolve issue. They ended up replacing TV, which was nice.

I bought a TV in February. In July the screen went out. I knew it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty but I also had the Geek Squad protection plan so I called Geek Squad. They replaced the TV but then informed me that my five year plan was terminated after five months and would not transfer to the new TV. They said I could have used the manufacturer's warranty and preserved the plan but they didn't tell me this beforehand so I burned the plan for nothing. The store manager said to call customer service and complain. I did but the agent did not care. I'll try Amazon next time.

I was disappointed to learn that the geek squad protection doesn’t cover cracked screens.

We explicitly asked for accidental and we assured that this protection plan has it. Come to find out this protection does nto offer accidental, and the worst was to find out that BestBuy doesn't offer any accidental coverage for TVs at all. You are better off purchasing Upsie or from another company.

I have not used this service yet, but I would have liked to have known what it entailed, I could have used this twice.

Would not recommend added protection. My tv stopped working 90 days after purchase. I unhooked it all and brought it in to the store with my kids. After waiting in the long line I was informed they have to schedule a technician to come out and try and repair the tv first. Was informed they would schedule someone and I would hear from them soon. Two weeks ago and zero attempts for contact. I don’t usually buy these and won’t again. Disappointed

Not sure if the extra protection is worth it or not, as our item is new and we haven't had to use it yet.

Total waste of money. will charge you t to come anyway so why bother, glitchy TV I am now stuck with as it is NOT fixable, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY~!

Normally, I don’t buy extended warranties, but I thought this was a good deal and I was buying an expensive TV.
