I know the price is high for the protection on the purchase... But if something happens to the TV, Best Buy takes care of it... You don’t have to go through the manufacture... Highly recommend for a amount purchase.

I purchased this TV and when I got it home and set it up there was an issue with the picture. Called and representative told me to bring it back and the would exchange it. The next day I got a new TV and they even checked to make sure everything was okay with it before I left the store.

Good price for two years of protection. I’ve had Geek Squad anti virus and the help with that was excellent.

The Agents brought my tv to the car and recommended the 5 yr service plan for the tv at $299, I know it sounds like a lot but it’s worth it as the will replace the tv at full value with a newer version if necessary.

Have not used it yet but past experience with Greek Squad was always helpful and good

I really don’t want to pay a lot of money later on when something that could have been protected with a little bit of money with the purchase up front

I’m glad to be able to get this 5-year warranty. My last tv only lasted about 5 years. The back lights went out. Better off buying a new tv.
