The customer service was spot on as usual. I specifically wanted Geek Squad cause I believe they are cheaper then their new protection plan. That and they give awesome service.

Helpe set up smart tv to my new receiver ove the phone.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

The Geek Squad service agreements are the best. If they can't fix it, you can credit to buy something else. They have always been very professional, helpful and understanding when I needed help.

I bought it for my tv, but when I had problem with my tv display they refused to fix it saying that there’s a physical damage; however there were absolutely no physical damage at all and it was like new. They told me even though there’s no visible damage but it is considered physical damage. I just wasted my money buying geek squad protection

I bought a 55inch Hisense TV after the Vizio 65 inch TV broke. The Geek Squad came to the rescue.

Sharp quality and large screen size, for a small price.

It is great that such a long warranty is offered. I have been using geek squad protection for several years on products, and when there is an issue with a product, it is usually replaced in store on the spot hassle free.

Great value for extended warranty haven’t needed for this tv. But I have had great experiences with the Geek squad on other items

Absolutely great warranty/protection plan for the money. You get five years of coverage on this TV and some peace of mind so you don’t have to worry after making such a sizable purchase Best Buy always has your back!!!

Great service I should have got this before my first tv suddenly stopped working repairing was more money so I decided to buy new with geek squad now I am much satisfied geek squad have my back if any issue comes with tv

I've had warranty from best buy before. This is my second one for a tv and i will purchase one whenever i buy another tv

Geek squad protection is a must wear any electronics Purchased at Best Buy you might think you don’t need it, until you do.

I decide to purchase the extended warranty because my previous TV only lasted 3 years. This warranty is for 5 years so I felt it was worth the cost.

Had to add the protection plan on my TV. There was no question or doubt about it

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

I have not had to use them for this item but they have been great in the past with my computer
