When I broke my tablet from a drop geek squad replace it and the second one accidental drop was happy to replace it, but if you get a 1 TB device it takes time to come in

I feel relief having protection on the out of box TV I purchased for my father. Knowing that if the TV malfunctions I can possibly have it fixed or replaced gives me a sense of security.

Was skeptical at first. It's not a bad tv . I just wish that Sony made a fire stick version, Due to that being most of my electronics are Sony products

Best tv out there, I bought it for my mom, for her birthday.

I recently purchased a Samsung 65" LED 1080 P Smart TV on an Open Box special. Someone brought it back because it didn't fit, but it was perfect for my needs. Additionally I purchased the 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan because 1) The TV is on a lot, and 2) It would cost a lot to get it fixed. So I thought this would be a prudent expense.

After two years from purchase, the screen did not stay in sync with the source signal. Geek Squad, check out, replaced Screen with two home visits. Had to wait for screen to be delivered from supplier.

Finally a good, decent tv for what is actuslly a good price. This is what tv prices should be so everyone can enjoy them.

Had set 2 yrs and had issues with power. called & was sent about 5 different parts! guys came out, installed in about an hour and ZERO issues since! that service call & parts would have been more than I paid for the warranty

When my TV broke the Geek Squad was there for me very quickly and they were extremely helpful. I normally don't get department store warranties but with Best buy they stand behind their products

The Best Buy protection plan is a must have item when purchasing anything major . In life we know that things seem to break down after a few years and Best buy GS plans are great to have when your 1 year warranty has ended. it will replace or replace
