I always purchase the Geek squad service. I watch a lot of television. My tvs break down, I take them in and the Geek squad service is honored. I get a new tv.

Haven't had to use it yet, but I feel like it was a good purchase.

They made sure I was set up, had everything I needed and offered to install.

After my last tv died within 2 years this definitely gives me peace of mind.

I have not used the geek squad for my new tv and hope I do not need to but I have used them for a laptop in the past and was very pleased with their help.

Have not had to use the protection plan yet. But what I understand that these OLED TVs can be very pricey to fix and if anything were to arise it sis best to have something backing you up and for five years the cost is minimal!

Love LG TV's! I bought a Samsung before as a floor model and I'll pay the extra for LG from now on. The picture is crisp and clean.

Loved the colors. We've had another TCL like this for the past 5 years. The LEDs went out on that one and this one looks just as good.
