    but my last TV died with no warning and was about 5 years old. With the manufacturer warranty of one year, this provides peace of mind.

    Worth every penny. My tv had a pixel problem and was swapped out for another. I gave 4 stars because I couldn’t get the same tv Samsung and was forced to get an LG.

    With Best Buy store nearby to us and qualified Techs, I not worried for 5 years now about this TV warranty, instead of going for Samsung Warranty

    Definitely purchased this to go along with the 55" TV. who wants to hang on to a big box and then ship it. They come to your house and fix it. No brainer.

    Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.
